NOTE: There is a $192.15 CENGAGE fee in addition to the course tuition. AGR-3001 to ANS-110 - Intro to Animal Science--This course introduces the livestock industry. Topics include nutrition, reproduction, production practices, diseases, meat processing, sustainable livestock production, and marketing. Upon completion, students should be able to demonstrate a basic understanding of livestock production practices and the economic impact of livestock locally, regionally, state-wide, and internationally. This course is connected to an introductory curriculum course which will articulate if a grade of C or better is earned. Course embodies rigorous assignments, discussions, quizzes, etc
